Your order is made-to-order which means it will be made just for you in my leather studio in Chicago. It takes on average 3-5 days to make an item. Items with lettering customizations take slightly longer. Typically, an item ships within one week of placing an order. Shipping times may vary.

Yes, each and every item I make is completely made from scratch. I don't use bonded leathers. Instead, I use full grain leather made in the USA and cut, sew and assemble every item by hand.

We have been in business since 2011, creating handmade products to cater to our customers. Today, we are proud to keep our business small but making products that are made by my family here in the USA, using materials exclusively manufactured in the USA. Over the years, we've been proud to create over 7500 custom orders for over a thousand unique customers and counting.

Yes, you have 14 days from the time you receive your item in a mail to return or exchange it. Please contact me to see if an item can be exchanged for a different size or color.
